According to international reports, the Chinese government has been scheming to manufacture biological weapons since a decade ago and their ulterior motive is to overtake the US from the center of world politics.
Chi Haotian, former Commander of the Chinese Military Commission has mentioned in an informal talk that the United States (US) and China are poles opposite and how China needs to have strategic plans to eliminate the US completely. He has also mentioned the manufacture of biological weapons.
Liu Huaqing, former Commander of the Chinese Military Commission shared his views upon how the world economy is going under a major change. He further mentioned that it was British Empire that ruled the 19th century. After its decline, America flourished in the 20th century and now it seems that the 21 st century will be the Asian century. To be precise, it will be China’s century.
He stated that “We openly emphasize taking economic construction as the center. In fact, taking economic construction as the center means taking war as the center. China has the ability to build strong coastal and border areas, we can further build a stable underground base in the suburbs of large and medium-sized cities that can accommodate materials necessary for war. Therefore, we are not afraid to fight the Third World War.”
On taking forward China to the superpower of the world through plans of eliminating the US, he has said, “If we want to lead the people to safeguard our Party’s position forever, our Party will never retreat from the historical narrations of the world, even if the whole world conspires against us. Comrade Mao Zedong pointed out that we should solve the correct political direction. What is our most correct political direction? Solve the ‘America’ problem. Therefore, as Comrade Mao Zedong said, solving the American problem is the key to solving other problems. We can certainly create a second Han area led by the Communists in America. The status of the yellow race is very low, so we should liberate them. When the American problem is solved, European countries will naturally give in. Taiwan, Japan, and other small countries will be easily solved. Therefore, solving American problems is the responsibility entrusted to us by our Communist Party”.
He continued, “We have to strategize to wipe out America. This is the only way out, not whether we are willing or not. What special methods are used to eliminate the United States? It is neither conventional weapons such as aircraft, artillery, missiles, nor warship. Conventional war strategies will make us collateral damage. Only the most non-destructive killing weapon can achieve our goal. At present, the new technology of biological weapons is advancing by leaps and bounds. We should seize the time to master this kind of blast furnace. Although biological weapons are ferocious, if the United States does not kill them, China will die. We have to make preparations in two aspects. If the use of biological weapons to carry out attacks is not smooth or the United States retaliates with nuclear weapons, more than half of the mainland will suffer losses. We should prepare for air defense in large and medium-sized cities. For the sake of the future of the nation, the Party and the country have to advance bravely. There should be sacrifice through all the risks even if we lose half of the population. The communist party should be united at all costs because once the Communist Party is divided, everything will be finished and everything will be easy to handle.”
