Especially the Prime Minister Wen Jiabao, CCP Secretary Standing Committee of the NPC Wu Bangguo, Chairman of the National Committee of the People’s Political Consultative Conference Jia Qinglin , Li Changchun as member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Vice President Xi Jingping, Vice-Premier Li Keqiang, the Secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection He Guoqiang and the Secretary of the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission Zhou Yongkang were present. Such occurrence publically displayed the internal instability within CCP to the world.
